Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Tucson, Arizona, is awarded a $28,764,014 modification (P00004) to previously awarded, firm-fixed-price, fixed-price incentive (firm target) contract N00019-20-C-0030. This modification adds scope to procure full rate production Lot 17 Block Five Tactical Tomahawk all-up round vertical launch system missiles and associated warranties for the Navy. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona (41.6%); Pontiac, Michigan (11.4%); El Segundo, California (10.6%); Gainesville, Virginia (9.7%); Berryville, Arkansas (3.5%); Clearwater, Florida (3.3%); Middletown, Connecticut (3.2%); Glenrothes, Scotland (3.1%); Spanish Fork, Utah (3%); Midland, Ontario, Canada (2.4%); Vergennes, Vermont (1.7%); Camden, Arkansas (1.5% ); Anniston, Alabama (1.2%); and various locations within the continental U.S. (3.8%), and is expected to be completed in December 2023. Fiscal 2021 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $28,764,014 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Tucson, Arizona, is awarded a $130,019,155 firm-fixed-price modification to previously-awarded contract N00024-20-C-5400 to exercise options for fiscal 2021 for the Rolling Airframe Missile Block 2/2A Guided Missile Round Pack, spare replacement components and recertification. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. government (66%); and the governments of Japan, Turkey and United Arab Emirates (34% combined) under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. Work will be performed in Ottobrunn, Germany (44%); Tucson, Arizona (35%); Rocket Center, West Virginia (9%); Dallas, Texas (2%); Mason, Ohio (2%); Glenrothes, Scotland (1%); Cincinnati, Ohio (1%); Andover, Massachusetts (1%); and other U.S. locations (5% total, each less than 1%), and is expected to be completed by March 2024. Fiscal 2021 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $84,339,000 (65%); FMS Japan funds in the amount of $41,874,000 (32%); Fiscal 2021 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,815,763 (1%); FMS United Arab Emirates funds in the amount of $1,743,369 (1%); and FMS Turkey funds in the amount of $247,023 (1%), will be obligated at the time of award. Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Tucson, Arizona, is awarded an $8,520,414 cost-type undefinitized contract for procurement of long lead material in support of Standard Missile-2 (SM-2) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) production requirements to include all up rounds, instrumental kits, engineering services and spares. This contract involves FMS to Korea, Denmark, Netherlands, Spain, Taiwan and Japan. Work will be performed in Hengelo Overijssel, Netherlands (51%); McKinney, Texas (32%); and Tucson, Arizona (17%), and is expected to be completed by March 2023. FMS Korea funding in the amount of $1,807,362 (42%); FMS Denmark funding in the amount of $1,073,800 (25%); Memorandum of Understanding Netherlands funding in the amount of $494,872 (12%); FMS Spain funding in the amount of $451,840 (11%); FMS Taiwan funding in the amount of $344,259 (8%); and FMS Japan funding in the amount of $86,064 (2%), will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with the authority from 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c) (4) (international agreement). In 2020, the company will begin to provide Australia, Japan, South Korea and the Netherlands with more than 280 missiles from its latest production batch.
