Surprisingly, the answer is yes. Air refueling probes used by Russian Air Force are standardized with NATO drogues.
But on the other hand, they are not compatible with boom tankers
Fuel compatibility may also be an issue, but considering the fact that Russian aircraft were fueled sometimes with NATO JP-8 and were totally ok with that, I can conclude that there is not much incompatibility between the two systems.

Il-78MKI is a modification of the Il-78 manufactured for Indian air forces.
The aircraft is designed for refueling in the air of up to three different types of aircraft. Refueling can take place in daytime and nighttime and in poor visibility conditions. The aircraft may be used for ground refueling of up to four other aircraft at a time.
Also mixed patrols together to guard no-fly zones were exercised and finally there was a French AWACS involved to attack or defend this High Value Airborne Asset (HVAA). Another important exchange was the air-to-air refuelling cross linking exercise with each others tankers. One Boeing C-135FR from Istres served the Su30MKI Flankers and a Il-78 Midas tanker served Mirages with new fuel. Like the SU-30 this Ilyushin-78 is an imposing appearance. The inside of the plane is filled up with an enormous yellow painted tank. Possible to walk along but no more than that. It littuarely is a flying fuel tank ! Some 80 sorties were flown by the Mirage 2000 in different versions including the Mirage 2000 N strike version and 74 sorties by the Su-30. The AWACS was involved in 3 sorties (4 missions) and the tankers both in 4 misión

Statement
NATO-Russia Council
at the level of Defence Ministers
1.We, the Defence Ministers of the NATO-Russia Council, held today our first meeting. We are determined to do our part in forging the new relationship between NATO Member States and Russia created by the Declaration "NATO-Russia Relations: A New Quality", adopted and signed by Heads of State and Government at the Rome Summit, on 28 May 2002. With this in mind we have met as equal partners to discuss areas of common interest, to enhance our ability to work together, and to stand together against common risks and threats to our security.
2.We are strongly committed to the implementation of the NRC Work Programme for 2002 approved in Reykjavik and brought into effect in Rome, and have given directions to our Ambassadors to take this work forward. More specifically, we have tasked the NATO-Russia Council at Ambassadorial level:
.....
.....
.....
to cooperate in the fields of logistics, air transport and air-to-air refuelling and, as a first step, to agree specific action plans including possible timetables for taking forward cooperation in these areas; these plans should address the proposal to organise demonstration tests as soon as possible;

Lockheed Martin delivered its last C-5M Super Galaxy to the US Air Force on 2 August, ending the service’s upgrade programme
Air Mobility Command began a programme to modernize the C-5s in 1998 after a study concluded the aircraft had 80 percent of their service life remaining. Since, Lockheed Martin upgraded 52 C-5s for the USAF with new engines, avionics and diagnostics systems – upgrades which will extend the service life of the fleet out until the 2040s.
...The new engines delivers a 22% increase in thrust, a 30% shorter take-off roll, a 58% faster climb rate, according to the USAF... the new engines are also ten times more reliable and quieter. And, the aircraft’s range was increased 900nm to 5,250nm.
...The first C-5 was delivered in 1970, with 128 aircraft of the original A, B, and C variations delivered up until 1989. Aircraft that weren’t scheduled to be upgraded were retired by September 2017.
