Con todo lo que se pueda de decir de los Estados Unidos, permitir ese nivel de critica - no voy a entrar en si justificada o no, pero en cualquier caso nada complaciente - hacia sus propias instituciones, aquí no tiene paragón.

Como comentan, espectacular ese cableado al descubierto en el techo bajo del V-22. ¿Será por su dificultad de mantenimiento que prefieren tenero "a la vista y a mano". Como las tuberías de agua fría y caliente en ciertos edificios públicos antiguos, que van por fuera de la pared para facilitar detección y reparación de averías.

Mas me preocupa a mi la complejidad que revela. Que ya sabemos que dicen que esos aparatos son "dificiles" y "complejos" hasta decir basta, pero verlo directamente....

All work will be performed in Hunt Valley, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by August 2026. Appropriate fiscal year working capital funds (Navy) will be obligated as individual task orders are issued, and funds will not expire before the end of the current fiscal year. One source was solicited for this non-competitive requirement and one offer was received in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1). ¿Es impresion mia o no se han visto a estos aparatos lo que seria esperable en la evacuacion de Kabul?

As the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the V-22 aircraft, Bell Boeing JPO is the only source that has unrestricted access to the totality of technical data needed to support the requirement herein. Further, the Government does not possess adequate license rights to the required technical data package necessary to support a competitive procurement to fulfill the requirement herein.
