También integró la Armada del CAMM y ese proyecto se fue al carajo (expresión genuinamente marinera). Las FAS españolas es famosa por sus muchísimos proyectos que se van al susodicho y como dijo santo Tomás apóstol cuando lo viéramos comprado y operativo, nos lo creeremos.

Es indefendible que el MALE sea para final de década, cuando ya tienes el Reaper en servicio y ya se prueban juguetes como el MQ28.
Y el sirtap, para nivel tactico o divisionario ya hay ejemplares VTOL... Como el reciente americano.
Por no hablar, que una buena negociación con Erdogán.

(Es cierto que los MQ-28, MQ-25, XQ-58, etc., no son sustitutos del RQ-4 Global Hawk, que sería lo más parecido al Euromalo y se retirará antes de que éste entre en servicio, será interesante ver qué decide EEUU para sustituir al RQ-4.)
Desde luego lo indecente es que casi todo nuestro músculo financiero e industrial de drónica vaya casi exclusivamente a ese Euromalo, cuando hay otras gamas de drones que nuestras FAS ya debían tener y no tienen; y otras gamas novedosas que debían estar desarrollando y probando en vuelo y tampoco.

En efecto, como anunciamos la prueba fue con el BAM Audaz los días 30 de junio y 1 de julio con varios USV y este UAS, para preparar su participación en este ejercicio OTAN “Dynamic Messenger 22” en el que ya estará completada esa integración. Gran noticia, y además abre la vía a integrar fácil y plenamente todo no tripulado en SCOMBA de nuestros buques.

General Atomics and Kratos highlight progress toward AI-driven combat aircraft
they have highlighted progress with autonomous UAS

Kratos lists 17 distinct UAS capabilities it has validated since 2015, including a range of autonomous flight profiles, collaborative operations with other aircraft and UAS, as well as the carriage and deployment of weapons.
The company highlights that its aircraft are runway independent, allowing them to operate in high threat scenarios. It touts its range of UAVs as being able to provide both mass and affordability, as well as survivability through signature, speed, and manoeuvrability.

“The [US Department of Defense] has reported consistently, especially in the last several months, that runway independence and the ability to operate from multiple non-large base locations is a critical enabler for our military’s successful operations in the most critical enemy threat scenarios,” says Steve Fendly, president of Kratos Unmanned Systems Division.

“The DoD has also reported consistently that large quantities or a mass of CCAs [collaborative combat aircraft] are the game-changer for success in the wargames and threat analyses.”

General Atomics, meanwhile, says it flew a company-owned MQ-20A Avenger UAS on 12 September using an artificially intelligent (AI) pilot.
“The Avenger’s completely autonomous flight used an AI pilot for close to 30 minutes as a part of a cooperating live, virtual, and constructive UAS,” the company says.
“The flight was performed as part of GA-ASI’s ongoing commitment and investment into the development of advanced autonomy of AI and machine learning for UAS.”

The flight involved the company’s Reinforcement Learning architecture, which allows platforms to make decisions in challenging real-world scenarios. The work also involved Lockheed Martin’s Tac IRST sensor. This generated live tracks of adversaries that the MQ-20A was then able to avoid.

“The flight was a tremendous success and demonstrated a number of ground-breaking capabilities in the race to operationalise autonomy for collaborative combat aircraft,” says Michael Atwood, GA-ASI’s senior director of advanced programmes. “It’s exciting to see how AI can be used to advance how and where we fly unmanned systems as the complexity of the battlespace increases. Our ‘chase and avoid’ agent’s ability to dynamically update the flight path as threats were identified is the first step towards building an ecosystem of collaborative autonomous combat aircraft.”

Our Best Look Yet At Kratos’ Air Wolf ‘Loyal Wingman’ Drone
Kratos in a press release discussing their family of “Collaborative Combat Aircraft,” provided the first full-color photo of their Air Wolf Tactical Drone System earlier today (19 septiembre).
Air Wolf, which was first revealed to the public by Kratos in August 2021, is based on the MQM-178 Firejet airborne target... Unlike the BQM-177 and BQM-167 platforms, the Firejet does not require a rocket-assisted takeoff mechanism, only a pneumatic catapult.
It is one of the smallest of the ‘loyal wingmen’ style drones that we know about being offered and its test target DNA means that it will likely be among the very cheapest, as well...

As noted earlier, the Kratos press release mentions their family of Collaborative Combat Aircraft. This family includes the UTAP-22, XQ-58A, Air Wolf, and Gremlin unmanned tactical systems. Its version of the Off-Board Sensing Station and its shadowy 'Demogorgon' are also potentially part of this mix, as well as others that may remain undisclosed...

MUM-T began with the US Air Force “Have Raider” and “Have Raider II” programs in 2015, with a manned F-16D controlling a modified NF-16D VISTA that was re-designated as the X-62A. Since then, MUM-T has been tested several times by a number of manufacturers, with one of the earlier examples being Kratos’ own UTAP-22 drone. In 2015, the Kratos drone was able to successfully hand off control between a ground control station and a United States Marine Corps AV-8B Harrier in each of three test flights.

Esto no es noticia actual pero lo pongo por la similitud con el Air Wolf: el drón blanco Do DT25 de Airbus Alemania convertido en drón acompañante. Airbus comenzó sus pruebas de MUM-T en 2018 y ha seguido desde entonces incluyendo que un EFA controle dos (el año pasado) o este año el lanzamiento desde la rampa trasera de A400M:

150 de tipo híbrido, muchos y una configuración muy interesante.
Y recuerdan efectivamente que Marruecos anunció también estar cerrando un acuerdo para fabricar localmente drones israelíes merodeadores harop.
A poco que algo de esto vaya fragüando, más los drones que ya tienen y los firmados en espera de recepción, nos están dando sopas con honda en este campo.

Para cuatro ejemplares este es el sistema correcto.

Si se doblaran o triplicaran .....(12), el EdEA deberia copiar el modelo USA que centraliza los UAV ,pero dispone de diferentes escuadrones RSO (Remote Split Operations) , con personal de control y lanzamiento distribuidos por todo el pais.

Con uno permanente tanto en Canarias y Baleares cubriría todas las operaciones posibles.
