los requerimientos del F-35 se aumentaron con respecto a la idea inicial, pero el propulsor ya estaba diseñado conforme a los requerimientos iniciales.

Of course LM will have a loyal wingman. LM is in everything, but they will not be the ones to develop it in all possibilities if that means F35 lost market

Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded a $17,838,748 modification (P00066) to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price, fixed-price-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (N0001918C1048). This modification adds scope to provide a depot maintenance activation plan in support of establishing initial depot capability for the F-35 air vehicle for the Government of Israel. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be completed in December 2024. Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount of $17,838,748 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
